Eufloria Policies

  • SAME DAY ORDERS - We cannot take same day orders after 11 AM M-F. If you place an online order after 11AM, it will be ready for delivery or pick up by 11AM the next business day. We will always reach out to you before filling an order to confirm details.
  • FRESHNESS GUARANTEE - We custom order and source our blooms as needed and as orders come to us. This way your arrangement has the freshest stems possible. The majority of fresh cut flowers should last anywhere between 4-6 days, with some flowers lasting longer than others. We recommend adding water to arrangements daily and keeping them in a cool but not drafty location to help extend their life!
  • CUSTOM ORDERS – Our goal is to make sure your delivery is seamlessly sent and that your arrangement is not only fresh, but beautiful! We love custom orders. Whether it is a price point, a special vase, or flower combo we would love to make your vision come to life through flowers. No two flowers are the same, and therefore no two arrangements are the same. We will always strive to get a general look, style, or design you share with us, but due to seasonal flowers we are not able to promise we can always source the exact same floral ingredients seen on our website or Instagram feed. We consider each arrangement a work of art and thought and care go into every single arrangement.  We hope that the images you see of our work will leave you completely confident in our style, technique, and vision to create a floral masterpiece for you no matter the size or price. 
  • DELIVERY - All prices reflect an included $10 delivery fee for deliveries within a 10 (ten) mile radius of White Rock Lake.
  • PORCH PICKUPS - We can make something beautiful for you to pick up from the studio/porch. This option will need to be scheduled to confirm an available pick up time. PPU can vary based on season as some pickups can literally be picked up without connecting and needing to see each other, but during freezing weather or Texas hot summer months flowers will need to be stored inside for climate control. 
  • CANCELLATIONS – Everything we design is made to order, and once your arrangement has been made, it may not be returned or cancelled. Please give a 24-hour notice with any changes. We aim to make every customer happy, so if you need anything, please don’t hesitate to give us a call! Our number is 214-901-1306. 
  • Note about Eufloria- “We” Really stands for “me and baby girl”. I am simply a mama working from home to support our family, and I am a mom first. I have help that makes this whole thing viable, but some deliveries are based around nap time and my little one’s needs. Don’t let that stop you from supporting a reputable local small business. It is just a fact that should be mentioned. When you order from Eufloria, I am here to serve you and make your life easier all while I am able to serve my family.
